ENU Events Coordinator

As ENU Events Coordinator, you will help plan, organize, and promote ENU’s virtual and in-person events, including panels, workshops, and community meetups. You will work under the Events Director to coordinate logistics, liaise with speakers and partner organizations, and collaborate with the Communications team to advertise upcoming events. This role is a good fit if you enjoy creating engaging experiences, managing details, and helping people connect through shared learning and dialogue about urbanism.

ENU Marketing Coordinator

Amplify ENU’s voice and expand our reach! As the Marketing Coordinator, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote ENU’s initiatives, events, and programs. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to create engaging content across platforms, including social media, newsletters, and promotional campaigns. This role involves managing content calendars, supporting branding efforts, and helping to grow ENU’s digital presence while ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.

ENU Executive Operations Coordinator

As ENU Executive Operations Coordinator will assist with administrative support, program management, communications, and event coordination across ENU’s core initiatives. The role is highly collaborative and offers the opportunity to learn about nonprofit leadership, urbanism, and community engagement while contributing meaningfully to the growth of ENU. Some tasks will include Providing administrative and operational support for ENU’s leadership and core initiatives and assisting with program coordination across mentorship, events, and educational content.

ENU Short-form Content Creator

As a Short-Form Video Content Creator, you will create and edit engaging short videos that communicate ENU’s mission, events, and community impact across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You will also repurpose existing ENU content into reels, along with capturing event moments, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage, turning urbanism and design ideas into clear, compelling visual stories. You will collaborate with the Leadership team to align content with campaigns and initiatives while helping shape ENU’s digital presence and outreach. This role is a good fit if you enjoy storytelling through video, have an eye for social media trends, and want hands-on creative experience in content production.

ENU Website Coordinator

As Website Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and regularly updating ENU’s website to ensure it stays current, accurate, and aligned with our branding. You will update event details, upload new content and promotional materials, and collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to reflect ongoing initiatives and programs. This role is a good fit if you are detail-oriented, comfortable working in website platforms, and interested in keeping digital content organized, fresh, and up to date.
